Senior Patient Care Coordinator
Amy received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Land Use Planning from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She was raised in California where she dedicated most of her free time to rescuing and rehabilitating seals and sea lions. Amy moved to Texas in 2001 to continue her career in City Planning and Development and Construction Management.
One of Amy’s biggest joys in life is helping others. Unfortunately, she was not given this opportunity in previous careers. She began to search for a more rewarding career in which her commitment to improving the quality of others’ lives would be valued.
When she started working for Cook Hearing & Balance she soon discovered that she and Lori shared the same philosophy; patient care comes first. After learning more about the hearing world, Amy is hooked. Amy has had the privilege of seeing first-hand how improved communication can positively impact the lives of others.
Our patients would describe Amy to be caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Amy is thrilled to be a part of a business where she feels her presence truly makes a difference.
