Troubleshooting Bluetooth®

ReSound/Signia
 
For Android Phones

    1. Go to manufacturer app

    1. Go to “more” in the bottom right corner

    1. Click “turn demo mode off”

    1. Restart hearing aids (rechargeable: place into charger and take out at same time. Non-open both battery doors at the same time)

  1. Follow directions on screen to re-pair

TIP:You always want to make sure to always have background apps closed: android- bottom left hand corner button, swipe apps away as they come up (gif)
 
 

For iPhones:

    1. Navigate to Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> MFI Hearing devices

    1. Select the devices from the options available and click "forget device"

    1. Restart phone

    1. Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> MFI Hearing devices (See Step 1 above)

 

    1. Restart hearing aids (rechargeable: place into charger and remove at the same time. Non-rechargeable: open both battery doors at the same time)

    1. Wait for “L+R” (for binural) on the MFI

    1. You will see a prompt stating: "would you like to pair?"

    1. Click “pair” twice, once for each side

    1. Then go to app and follow on screen directions
