Troubleshooting Bluetooth®
ReSound/Signia
For Android Phones

- Go to manufacturer app

- Go to “more” in the bottom right corner

- Click “turn demo mode off”

- Restart hearing aids (rechargeable: place into charger and take out at same time. Non-open both battery doors at the same time)
- Follow directions on screen to re-pair
TIP:You always want to make sure to always have background apps closed: android- bottom left hand corner button, swipe apps away as they come up (gif)
For iPhones:

- Navigate to Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> MFI Hearing devices

- Select the devices from the options available and click "forget device"

- Restart phone

- Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> MFI Hearing devices (See Step 1 above)

- Restart hearing aids (rechargeable: place into charger and remove at the same time. Non-rechargeable: open both battery doors at the same time)

- Wait for “L+R” (for binural) on the MFI

- You will see a prompt stating: "would you like to pair?"

- Click “pair” twice, once for each side
-
- Then go to app and follow on screen directions
